Change of Date: Coastal Cup 2 and Tollgates Classic 2

The following races were deferred from the original date in the Program of 31 December 2022. They will now be held on the Coastal Cup Resail Day, 01 April 2023, with a start time of 11:00.

• Coastal Cup 2 (Pentastar)
• Tollgates Classic 2 (Tri-star)

The “Common Instructions” document has been revised to make provision for a “Race Officer’s course choice“, signalled on the start boat using code flag L and displayed on a board. For details see paragraphs 4A and 4B of the revised document.

Initial Performance Handicaps for the Bay Cup, Divisions 1 and 2, starting this coming Saturday, can be seen here.

If your boat is not listed there, a Provisional Initial Handicap can be assigned at the briefing Saturday.

The offsets for the first race of the Winter Series, scheduled this Election Saturday 21 May, are here.

From here on, the winner/2nd/3rd in each race earns a penalty of 12/9/6 minutes respectively, and we ask skippers to keep track of their own penalties.
