BBSC 2008 AGM Minutes
The meeting commenced at 1045 am at the BBSC Clubhouse.

MAST UP STORAGE
The recent sailing forum strongly endorsed a proposal that the club submit a proposal to Council to build a security fence around the perimeter of the clubhouse precinct (largely where the perimeter is now marked by fencing, posts and the beach access path) and install external security lighting, so as to allow the club to provide mast-up storage on a fee-paying basis.
ANZAC Weekend Regatta - SAILING REPORT
“From drifting to survival conditions there was something for everyone at the 2008 Eurobodalla Tourism ANZAC Regatta conducted last weekend by Batemans Bay Sailing Club. There was an excellent fleet of 114 boats competing. These ranged from small single handed dinghies through to high tech skiffs, catamarans and trailerable yachts.
Batemans Bay Marine Park Race - SAILING REPORT
Last Saturday Batemans Bay Sailing Club conducted the Batemans Marine Park Race. There was no sponsorship from NPWS for this ecologically sound activity, but extensive use was made of the recently laid marine park markers as rounding bouys. Race Officer Peter Smith and his trusty crew aboard “Avior” got the fleet going from the start line off Casey’s beach.
